• Submit a request using the form below.
• We process every request within 30 days of receipt.
• We notify you by email once the deletion is done.

Data that is deleted

• user account and login credentials
• device data
• location and trip history
• events and alerts
• notification settings

Data that is retained

• issued invoices and tax documents are kept for up to 10 years as required by tax law
• data required for service billing until the contractual relationship ends
