Orders are dispatched from Slovenia. We deliver within Slovenia and to European Union countries.
1. Lead times
- Goods in stock are normally dispatched within 2 working days of payment.
- Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 1–2 working days, elsewhere in the EU 3–7 working days.
- For items not in stock we inform you of the expected date by e-mail.
2. Shipping costs
- The shipping price depends on the destination country and shipment weight and is shown in the cart before the order is placed.
- Above a stated order value delivery within Slovenia is free; the threshold is shown in the cart.
- Any customs duties for deliveries outside the EU are borne by the buyer.
3. Tracking
- After dispatch you receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier.
- If the shipment does not arrive within the stated period, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
4. Payment methods
- Debit and credit cards via Stripe with 3-D Secure verification.
- Payment against a pro-forma invoice for businesses by agreement.
- All amounts are in euro; the invoice is delivered electronically.
5. Collection and installation
- Collection at our registered office is possible by arrangement.
- Installation can be carried out by us or an authorised partner; the installation fee is not included in the product price unless expressly stated.
