    Right of withdrawal

    The consumer right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, the return procedure and the withdrawal form.

    A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

    The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e. natural persons buying outside their trade or profession.

    1. Withdrawal period

    • The period starts the day after the goods are received; for several items in one order, on receipt of the last item.
    • It is sufficient that the notice of withdrawal is sent before the 14 days expire.

    2. Returning the goods

    • Return the goods no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal.
    • The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless agreed otherwise.
    • Return the goods undamaged and complete, if possible in the original packaging. The consumer is liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
    • Do not permanently install a device in a vehicle while still within the withdrawal period — permanent mounting may diminish the value of the goods.

    3. Refunds

    • We refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
    • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or evidence that they have been sent.
    • Refunds use the same payment method as the purchase; there are no additional charges for the consumer.
    • If the consumer chose a delivery option more expensive than the cheapest standard option, the additional cost is not refunded.

    4. Exceptions

    • Goods made to the buyer specification or clearly personalised (e.g. special device configurations).
    • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
    • Digital content and activated licence codes where the consumer expressly agreed to performance before the withdrawal period expired.
    • Tracking subscriptions can be terminated under the subscription agreement and are governed by the Terms of use.

    5. Model withdrawal form

    Using the form is not mandatory — a clear statement is sufficient. You may copy the text and send it to us by e-mail:

    "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the sale of the following goods: ______. Ordered on: ______. Received on: ______. Consumer name: ______. Consumer address: ______. Order number: ______. Date: ______."
